The FitVault mobile application, including its user interface, design, branding, logo, icons, graphics, and original source code, is the intellectual property of FitVault and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

2. Exercise Data

FitVault's exercise database is built upon the free-exercise-db open-source project, which is licensed under the MIT License. We gratefully acknowledge the contributors of this dataset.

Our use of this data complies with the terms of the MIT License. The original dataset and its contributors retain their respective rights. Modifications, curation, and presentation of the exercise data within the FitVault App are © 2026 FitVault.

3. NFT Assets

The FitVault Pass NFT artwork, metadata, and associated digital assets are original creations of FitVault. NFT holders receive a digital token granting access to premium App features. Ownership of the NFT does not transfer copyright or intellectual property rights over the artwork or App content.

4. Trademarks

The name "FitVault", the FitVault logo (dumbbell with lock icon), and the tagline "Fitness Encyclopedia" are trademarks of FitVault. Unauthorized use of these marks is prohibited.

5. Permitted Use

Users may use the App and its content for personal, non-commercial fitness purposes. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use of the App's content, design, or code without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

6. Third-Party Content

FitVault integrates with third-party services and technologies:

• Solana — blockchain network for payments and NFT minting.

• Metaplex — NFT standard and metadata protocol.

• Mobile Wallet Adapter (MWA) — wallet connection protocol by Solana Mobile.

• Arweave — permanent decentralized storage for NFT metadata.

These third-party technologies are the property of their respective owners and are used in accordance with their terms of service.
